Amazing views and got to experience the full traditional ryokan/onsen experience. Staff was very nice especially to foreigners.

Room was clean, although it did smell of smoke. This was my problem, as I booked a smoking room. Smorgasbord breakfast and dinner were fabulous - so much variety. Onsen was clean and not too busy, with pools of differing heat
