Did not like the room at all compare to what I paid!! There is no Microwave, No telephone, No Table and chairs, Hair dryer did not work, the charging port next to bed is not working as well, not a safe place, fell on the stair as the hallways light on the stairs did not work, it’s all dark on the stairs, my husband went to grab a first aid box in the office but office is locked tried to called them from my cell phone and they did not answer the phone very poor service and very disappointing regarding the safety of the customer. I would be much appreciated if you can compensate this as I am vip member and didn’t appreciate this from what I paid for this stay.

This is the second time staying and we are glad we came back! Clean premises and rooms, coffee and food available in reception, great service and amazing place to hang and relax. Hot tub for after skiing or playing in the snow and dog-friendliness makes this our favorite place to stay.

Loved the room but no phone. Had a problem with a fire alarm going off and was intermittent which made it hard to sleep. Did get some refund on fees but I believe was inadequate.

Pros * Lobby area - cool vibe / aesthetic * Nice amenities, little freebies (like smores kits) * Customer service was great * TV - good channel selection + several apps Cons 2 reasons unfortunately, why I wouldn’t stay here again. * The bed - I didn’t sleep well either night, woke up so many times with my back/sides hurting. I would say the mattress is hard, felt old. And the bed frame creaks, easily. * Bathroom mirror lighting - this is a pet peeve of mine. It’s not bright enough or the right kind of lighting to see your face clearly when getting ready in the morning. Additional things to note for some… * No safe or secondary door lock * No closet or drawers for clothes, just a bench and 4 pegs for hanging jackets * If you love shower water pressure, I would rate this 5 out of 10 In summary, you can tell they are trying to make it a great experience, so I applaud them for that. The bed is the only real dealbreaker for me. And that may only be the case with the room I got.
