When we went to check in, we walked up to the front desk and we had booked two suites to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday. When I gave my name, the front desk agent with no emotion told me that I had been downgraded and would only have one suite and one king room. She said that They are often overbooked because of third parties. Besides that, one morning, I was woken up really early to huge banging above me on the ceiling, so I called the front desk and asked nicely what was above my room and she told me that it was the fifth floor in a sarcastic voice they also brought the wrong bedding, The concierge or valet man didn’t empty my car. He stood there and watched my kids do it after I gave him a $20 tip and there was no coffee the second morning we were there. I would never go there again.
