This place was a dump. We went in the room. Looked around. Went downstairs and tried to get our money back but was told we had to go thru Hotels.com. Immediately checked out and went next door to LaQuinta.
The “pull out full size” sofa bed. Broken. Won’t even pull out completely.
The soiled mattress of the sofa bed. Sheets cost extra.

The two rooms were nasty. This place was a dump. The sofa bed was broken and the mattress was so soiled. We walked into the two rooms, walked out. Went back to front desk and asked for refund. Was told had to get it from Hotels.com. We left and went next door to La Quinta.

Wasn't able to check in. Got in late after being at Daytona Speedway. They lock the lobby doors at 11:00PM and I was not able to check in. Had vagrant people hanging outside and I could loud chaos from inside the hotel. Tries stepping in to find clerk. no One onsite and hallway has dirty and had foul order. I did not feel safe. Decided to leave & stay at nicer hotel nearby.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Beyond that the pictures I saw of the hotel online did not match our experience. Old and dirty carpets, old and worn out furniture, pull out couch was in rough shape and unusable... it seemed like a great price, but it was too good to be true. It is important to note that the advertising photos are out of date.
