"梅雨の中休みの期間にお世話になりました。共用スペースにはエアコンが無かったのですこし暑かったんですが，部屋との仕切りを開ければ，涼しくなりますので，問題ないと思います。余分にエアコンをつければ料金に反映されますし，窓を開ければ外の気温はそれほど高くもなかったので(猪苗代なので)，共用スペースにはエアコンは不要です。昔の家を改装されているので，階段など少し窮屈ですが，むしろ若い人たちにはいろいろと珍しいのではと思います(私はもっと昔の家を知っていますが)。トイレなどは現在的で，掃除も行き届いているようで清潔感があります。料金が低く抑えられているのが何よりです。"
