We had a nice time in Lake George. The house was spacious with comfortable bedrooms/beds. The kitchen was adequately stocked with supplies. They provide bottled water jugs which was nice. The bathrooms are quite small and lack privacy due to the “barn door” style doors. The biggest drawback of this home is the lack of nice outdoor space. The yard is not well maintained and has poor quality outdoor furniture. The grill was quite dirty. This was all rather unfortunate for a summer vacation. The neighborhood is quiet.

Our family enjoyed our stay in Erin’s home! My husband and I stayed in the home, along with our son and daughter-in-law and their three kids.We had plenty of room for the seven of us. The house was clean and set up well. We had most everything we needed for our five night stay. We prepared and ate most of our meals at the house. There was plenty of seating for all of us both indoors and outdoors.The location was nice, as it is away from the traffic and quiet. For us, that was a great feature, but it does take a few extra minutes to get where you’re going. It is pretty close to access the public beaches at Lake George,souvenir shops, grocery stores, restaurants, etc.Erin was great to communicate with, from the very beginning. She gave us suggestions and answered all of our questions. She even checked on us when there was a power outage in the area.Overall, I would recommend Erin’s house if you are traveling to Lake George.

Wonderful Time

We stayed at Sunset on Assembly Point for the New Year holiday and couldn't have had a better time! We needed a space that had room for all 8 adults but felt cozy and this place was BETTER than expected! The location was excellent...we skied at Gore Mountain an easy 40 minute drive, spent the day at The Sagamore Spa (25 minute drive) as well as shopped at the outlets, dinner in Bolton Landing, hiking etc. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable furnishings and had everything we needed and more! We asked for an early check in and that was easily accommodated.. which meant starting our vacation a bit earlier (always a win!)! The owner was available for any questions and checked in with us throughout our stay. We HIGHLY recommend staying at Sunset....you will not be disappointed!
