Room was really nice, comfotable bed, nice bathroom. Restaurant and view were amazing. Staff extremely helpful and polite. Highly recommend staying here. Close to city but quiet street. Easy walk to everything .

I am deeply disappointed with my recent stay at Storii by ITC Hotels, Jaisalmer. As a member, I expected professional hospitality and service standards, but unfortunately my experience was completely unacceptable.
