Check in was 5 p.m., not 4 p.m., due to computers down. Was given handicap room, but did NOT request. Paid for view, but had to overlook a non functioning jacuzzi with dirty sand bags, construction fence with fake ivy, etc. which blocked much of our view. Property is poorly maintained. Located in Lake Arrowhead, Saddleback Inn is connected to a shopping center, within a 5-minute walk of Lake Arrowhead Village and McKenzie Water Ski School.
Super friendly staff! Rooms were very clean. The church bells nearby added to the experience. 7-11 in the parking lot was very convenient for coffee and snacks. Plus, I got to feed a hot dog to a raccoon!
