My first thought upon entering our one bedroom apartment was how dated and bland it was. No pictures on the walls no colour just very bland white with terra-cotta floors. It had a very dated look and a very dated smell like the 15th century church we had just visited in Lisbon. That aside the suite itself was spacious and had a nice Outdoor patio with seating. The biggest issue was the beds. I felt like I was sleeping in an army barracks, the most uncomfortable beds ever. This included in thepull down Murphy bed, hoping it might be better, but it was the hardest mattress I’ve ever slept on. If you like a super hard sleeping arrangement than this will work for you. However, when we turn the air-conditioning on at night, it made banging noises all night included after we turned the unit off. This of course kept us awake all night so we had no sleep. I had originally booked the room with the seaside view for four days which we did not get and I had paid for in advance And after two sleepless nights, we decided we wanted to check out earlier. We gave 48 hours notice and asked the front desk clerk if it would be OK if we checked out a night early. She said that was fine but we had to arrange it through Expedia because we had booked through them. For whatever reason this resort refused to refund us for the fourth night and said that we had to let them know seven days in advance. I would not recommend
