Amazing Property

Amazing Rental House

Awesome house, fully apportioned. We had everything we needed…fully stocked pantry. Kitchen had gadgets and appliances we needed to make full meals each day. All the beds were comfortable. Best house I’ve ever rented for a short term vacation. Everyone could not believe how great the house was. Beautiful view from the backyard of the hills and ocean in the distance. Amazing sunset we were able to watch each evening. I can’t say enough good things about our stay in the home.

Family Trip

My family had a wonderful stay here. The house was very clean and well stocked with all the necessities and more for the beach, the pool, and the kitchen. San Diego was a wonderful place to visit with so much to do. Scott was attentive host. I highly recommend!!

Beautiful Property!

The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we could possibly need. Kids loved the ping pong table and spent most of their time in the pool. Would love to come back and do this trip again next year. Scott was an amazing host and quick to respond with any questions we had.

Large Family vacation

Scott was so nice and so easy to work with! He was very attentive to us, and his response was almost immediate. We really appreciated him!! We’re a large family who just love getting together, and Scott helped us with any questions we had. The house, itself, was amazing, simply amazing! We loved it so much and hope to go back someday! For a large family gathering, we had all the space we needed to be together, but still be comfortable, never feeling crowded, only grateful! Our grandkids cried as we left this beautiful home. Fabulous!

Our book group's yearly retreat of 16 woman had a fantastic stay here. The house was even more beautiful than the pictures. Scott was a terrific host...for months I peppered him with questions, and he was always graceful and answered promptly. We will definitely want to stay here again.

This was me and my groups first trip to San Diego. We chose this house for its location and amenities. The house was magnificent. I spoke with the host about something i didn't understand and he explained it. Fantastic venue for a family reunion

Fun near San Diego

Incredible Villa!!

The home is breathtaking- the pictures do not do it justice! It felt like we were in a luxurious and rustic Italian getaway. Watching the sunset from the hot tub and pool was so relaxing! The kitchen was amazing and fully stocked with pots/pans/utensils. There’s plenty of space and patio areas to hang out in. Scott was very quick to reply to our questions.

We totally loved this VRBO we had 13 of us & our family dog. 6 adults 7 grandkids. Fantastic family vacation

Every year our large family gets together and this house was fantastic. We have many kids with us from infants to teens. I’ve never rented a home more baby friendly, from cribs to diaper pails, and even multiple float options for the pool. There are many stairways but baby gates are provided if you wish. The pantry and kitchen are well appointed. The home is absolutely gorgeous. The indoor and outdoor spaces transport you to the Italian countryside. We had 21 people and never felt crowded with plenty of comfortable places to relax. A short drive from anything you might need and beautiful views at the top of Mount Helix. The owner is very responsive and easy to talk to if you need anything. We absolutely plan on visiting again.

Awesome stay - 5 stars!

What a great place to stay! Hosted my colleagues to celebrate our end of FY, and could not have picked a better place in the San Diego area. Host was very communicative and accommodating. I’d highly recommend this place to any large group as there was plenty of sleeping space and areas to hang out without feeling cramped.

SoCal meets Italian Countryside

Wonderful family getaway!

Our extended family with 3 adult children and their spouses and our nine grandchildren from 2yrs. to 19 yrs. all loved the home! The game room was a big hit with the children, the pool and spa were fun for all, and the expanse of the home made it feel like we were never on top of each other. The house was well supplied and Scott, the owner, was very responsive to anything we needed while we were there. The kids all said they want to come back again soon!
