This was an exceptional property. The rooms were upscale and comfortable. We enjoyed the spa and the location is great for relaxing beachside.

If you are looking for a personalised 5* experience, this isn’t it. The hotel is dated and set up for conferences. We travelled with our 2 year old who wasn’t given the time of day and we felt awkward when she ran around. They never laid a place for her at a table, and charged €4 for a bedtime milk for her. Staff were plenty but generally inattentive in the restaurants, at breakfast and around the pool. They also tried to charge for every little thing on top of the room, especially parking for 3 days which we didn’t use at €22 per day!

This hotel is everything I expected from the website and reviews. We had a beautiful room with a lovely balcony and ocean view. The grounds were lovely, and I enjoyed swimming in the pool multiple times. We also spent a lot of time at the beach, which is fantastic. Although the hotel is close to a lot of nightlife and clubs, it was utterly quiet when we closed the patio door at night. We also very much enjoyed wandering and eating out in the Cabanyal neighborhood, and the 32 bus to the Centro was very convenient.

Fantastic hotel and brilliant service . The staff were superb and all extremely helpful. If going for a beach walk turn right and there’s plenty nice restaurants and bars.Do not turn left as there is nothing to see.

Just had 4 nights here and would highly recommend this hotel if you want to do a Valencia city break and have a good hotel to chill in when weather warmer .Good comfortable room with nice bed linen etc . Breakfast was excellent with a great choice . All staff very warm , friendly and helpful . Special shout out to David pool guy couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful also pool bar staff despite being busy also very professional with excellent service to all guests . Would not hesitate to return to this hotel or recommend . Thank you to all staff .
