Our toilet leaked water, and we told the front desk staff, but she told the maintenance guy standing right next to her and he just stared at me. They didn't really acknowledge our concern about toilet water leaking all over our bathroom floor. The fabric softener dispenser ate my dollar when i tried getting some for our swimsuits. The pool was very nice; this was probably our favorite part of the stay. Art was awesome serving breakfast. He always had helpful suggestions about how to do things, and he was very nice. Breakfast was good, both in variety and taste. Our room was nice overall. The live music, tiki bar, docks, and volleyball pits were all a nice bonus.

No grab bars in the bathrooms. VERY cheep toilet paper. No inside restaurant. I’m sure the towels were clean, but they were very thin, stained, scratchy, and appeared to be very old. For the price, I didn’t think the hotel lived up up the Whyndham name.

First room we were put in smelt like someone had just used the restroom before we walked in. We told them and they did move us rooms which was nice. 2nd room had no cold water in the shower. Which we didn’t realize till the next morning when we were showering to leave. Blazing hot showers. There was also dust everywhere and cobwebs on the walls. So overall, the rooms were terrible. Staff were easy to deal with and respectful. The amenities, such as pool and restaurant, were nice. Probably won’t stay again though due to hotel room conditions.

Body fluids all over (blood/vomit). Advised staff and nothing was done. Toilet had poop stains still. Staff entered room without consent. They were out of clean towels/washcloths. Would not empty trash cans (asked me to do it). Tv didn’t work properly and staff didn’t care to help. They gave an unauthorized person a key to my room without asking for id/anything. The list goes on and On. Overall one of the worst stays I have had anywhere.

Our first impression of the hotel was “oh, oh, what did we do”. Our accessible room was average except for the shower after which the whole tile floor was very slippery! It is an accident waiting to happen. We decided to have dinner at Moxies, the in house tiki bar. While walking through the hotel we came upon the inside pool area, which was packed with families having a good time. Continuing on we came to Moxies. What a surprise! Music, volley ball, on the water and a nice choice of bar food. Overall, a nice stop.

Our room was not clean. The floor had debris and the shower and shower curtain were filthy. The beds were uncomfortable and the towels were paper thin. Requested the room to be cleaned, and only received towels dropped off. The Tiki bar was the nicest area of the hotel.

Bring some extended power outlets!

The pool area was really nice and was accommodating. The tiki bar and outside space are beautiful! The room although dated was spacious, however, the outlets are awful they would go in and out causing charging issues with all my devices and also intermittent use of my cpap machine.

This property has definitely been doing renovations as it has a whole new face lift! Excellent place for adults and kids to have fun Moxies has excellent outdoor facilities and their menu is yummy 🍔🍟🍺

One night stop one way home from South Dakota to Wisconsin. Fortunately had extension cord for CPAP since night light outlets didn't work. Make sure you bring usb. Charger since there are none provided.
