Very pleasant

Looked newly refurbished. Very nice and comfy rooms. Evening meal needed a bit more attention but still tasty. Fantastic location, lots of amenities within minutes walk, beach right in front.

We visited March so out of season but still disappointing. The smell of the drains when you enter to the windows needing cleaning. Going to our room the carpet was badly stained. Room was tired and bed sheet stained which was changed when asked. Needs TLC. Breakfast basic but fresh but again windows/doors needed cleaning.

Winter stay

We had a nice stay at Marti beach. It was out of season so very quiet which we liked. The room had a beautiful panoramic view of the bay. The air con worked well to heat the room. The room was clean. The breakfast was a Turkish one and tasty. We thought the location was great. The hotel is a bit tired and the hallway carpets need replacing but for what we paid, we felt it was good value.

Good location

The hotel is nice and right on the beach and on Ladies Beach where there are a number of bars and restaurants. You can get a taxi or the local bus into the heart of Kusadasi from the other side of Ladies beach. The only dowside was the shower as the water was only warm and once cold and one of the shower heads when put on high pressure would turn to the wall. Other than that I could not fault the hotel.

THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING!!!! DO NOT EVER STAY HERE !!!!! Staff are all rude including the general manager Hakan. Staff don’t explain where anything is upon checking in and they make up thousands of excuses why you can’t have a second card when I booked a family room and there’s more than one of us in the room. Upon going into my room there was a stack of maintenance equipment and old beds in the corner which was very unprofessional. The carpet throughout the hallways was stained and all the walls are marked. Then there is our room … -window was broken -aircon was broken -snot on towels yes snot on the towels -lounges stained -sheets stained -beds are like stone -mini fridge didn’t work -bathroom stunk -phone didn’t work After complaining to management that we wanted to check straight out the refused to believe that the room was even bad . He told us to wait in the room so he could inspect it but he never came up. When we went down to reception as the phone didn’t work to get the general manager they said he wasn’t there but we was into his office . They ended up changing our room as they refused a refund but the room never got any better. Just when you thought it couldn’t get any worse The breakfast that’s included was revolting . The staff are never smiling or helping you find a table or even cleaning tables to the least . The buffet was absolutely gross, nothing was chilled including the yoghurts and milk and there was flies on everything !

Average hotel in a GREAT location.

It is a basic hotel in a great location, the hotel itself is ok, it needs improvement but the rooms are decent and clean, the beach and deck are great!! that is the only reason we stayed there, the breakfast it was very poor and lacking, consist mostly of cheese and greens, coffee was out of a dispenser machine, that was my least favorite part of the stay, the hotel is about 15-minute walk to the old town, its a scenic street and very enjoyable.

Leisure Break

We had a lovely week away in the Marti Hotel. Breakfast is continental, eggs always good. Beach front sunbeds, listening to the sound of the sea was so relaxing. Rooms cleaned every day, fresh towels, toiletries, & bottles water in your fridge . Couldn't fault the staff , all very helpful. Had a lovely time.

Mixed feelings - but made the best of it!

I have mixed feelings about this stay. Stayed here for two nights (September 2021) and the service was really hit or miss and inconsistent. The property itself is decent and beach front. A good location for exploring other sites nearby. The rooms and amenities are very basic - which was OK for us since we mostly spent time outdoors exploring the ancient ruins of Ephesus and Selcuk nearby and just in the room to get a good night sleep. That being said, we could not get a good nights sleep. Period. There is a disco bar at the hotel next door and the music is loud and obnoxious every night (we went during the weekdays, too) make sure you get ear plugs or soundproof headphones for a good night sleep if that's what you need. it was also a bit hard to communicate with staff for very very basic things, even though they mention English as a spoken language by the staff. Simple things like check in, requesting your car from valet parking, ordering food, and borrowing converters were very herculean tasks. In my opinion, the valet system is not very safe as they park your car in an alley somewhere up a hill and don't give any sort of ticket or process for retrieving your keys - so basically anyone can request any keys and the valet will blindly go get a car. Elevators: gotta climb up steps with heavy suitcases to get to the elevator? Beautiful location and I think lots of opportunities for improvement. Prob will look at other hotels next time I travel to the area.

potential to be stunning but needs work

I booked a deluxe room with balcony and sea view and was given a room with a balcony. When I complained they immediately moved me to a room with a balcony. The same thing happened to someone else I met who was also staying there. The view was spectacular which made my stay great. The property is quite run down with stains all over the carpet in the halls and on the sun beds. The air conditioner didn’t work well either. With some TLC it could be great.

The rooms at the hotel are lovely and clean and are cleaned everyday.The rest of the hotel is not so clean,carpets on the landings are filthy and are in need of changing..was not overly impressed with the reception staff,they where not the most welcoming,which is unlike the turkish people in the area.Its a shame it does not have a pool but you have a nice beach to use instead.
