Family room.. not recommended for family

I stayed in a Family room - the bathroom/toilet is not built for family - too small. The privacy screen on the glass in the bathroom is not enough to block the view of what's happening inside from outside.

no privacy as the bathroom is made up of glass. the only room with wide space is family vip. the double standard room is way too narrow. family with kids arent recommended to stay here. kids cant run around.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, willing to help.

Thanks everyone that provide the assist when our family oscillate. Point to us the nearest restaurant and food court. Let us know how to travel, always keep the place clean and passed us mineral water and clean towel. Also willing let us know the Taxi Service number. Thanks for the two friendly and handsome Kuching police that lead our to the Place2Stay-Kenyalang.

The room is very dirty, hair on toilet floor and sand on room floor, though they asked us to wait for 30 minutes for cleaning purpose. The transparent room door and wall are not suitable for us which comes as a group of friends includes both male and female. Storeroom closed at night so we didn't manage to get the pillows and mineral waters at night. However, the counter girl is very friendly.
