Room was clean and the hotel is in a good location. The main issue was that the noise from the street was horrendous. We didn't get much sleep for the entire 5 night stay. At 8am every morning you could hear thumping music. Early evening until 1am

Great location and very helpful staff. Less than 1 minute from the main square it’s in an ideal location. Rooms are basic but all you need and ours was a twin and very large. We had everything we needed and will return.

Rooms a big, clean and comfortable. Really nice staff. Breakfast was good. Meats, cheese, cereal, yogurt etc. Just what id expect. Late check out option would have been a lifesaver as we had a late flight but unfortunately its not an option. Hence the 4*. If this was available, it would hve been a 5* stay.

Had a great stay. The hotel is located in the heart of Krakow and walkable to key sites and transportation. Being on a main pedestrian street, it can get a little noisy, but the hotel provides earplugs for sleeping. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would stay again
