The staff were truly incredible—so kind, warm, and always welcoming with a smile. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and a beautiful, serene ambience and very peaceful. The palace and overall property are magnificent, and every detail feels thoughtfully curated. The food and buffets selection was exceptional!!
