Comfortable and stylish

The room was big and comfortable. Staff was very polite. Being able to book private time in the sauna and jacuzzi was amazing and the club lounge was really interesting. Definitely recommend.

This hotel is great and is targeted for younger tourists. There is no lobby nor front desk at the hotel and it was confusing at first but all staffs are very helpful.

The staff on the club floor ie Level 4 was great, helpful and had initiatives. The team at the reception was poor in their knowledge and service. The overall design of the hotel is nice. Lighting in the hotel is too dark to the extent it is uncomfortable and dangerous. The room layout could have been improved - eg there was no space for luggage to be placed and the intent to have the wash basins out of the traditional layout whilst trying to be creative is not really functional and gives the feel of a messy living style instead.

The best hotel in Fukuoka!

This hotel is amazing! Not only is the customer service and the staff friendly and helpful, their food and drinks are amazing. I left my toiletry bag at their hotel and didn't realize until I already had checked out. The staff found my bag (and bubble wrapped each item to ensure it's safety) and mailed it to my hotel in Tokyo no charge. I was so appreciative! I can't wait to stay here again in the future :)

Super stylish and kind hotel

The free drinks and foods are amazing! Breakfast is amazing and generous! Very forward thinking hotel and superbly managed. Only complain is the whole hotel can use a bit more lighting. It’s too dark and it’s inconvenient when trying to pack or do work.

Lives up to its name

Very beautiful design - cool bar scene. Very helpful and kind staff. Amazingly good breakfast made to order in penthouse suite for guests overlooking city. Convenient location - easy walking to train station and nightlife
