The room was listed with AC but clearly this is an error. Check-in instructions on Expedia are nonexistent, and necessary, especially if arriving by bus as there is no phone signal in the area. The food is ok (you are a bit of a captive market there) but expect a lot to be missing from the menu. Some of the walks/activities could be better mapped out and information generally improved. It’s a shame as the location is really nice and it could be a no brainer destination to visit if a few screws were tightened up.
