Lovely stay at Pavilion Samui

Had a lovely time at Pavilion Samui Villas, staff were super attentive, hotel facilities really good and location close to the night market and plenty of restaurants nearby was great. Having direct access to the beach was also brilliant - it was very clean and plenty of sun loungers available. Our room was comfortable, good WiFi access and of course AirCon which is an essential. Areas of the hotel are perhaps a bit tired in places and could do with some TLC but I always think you have to allow a bit of flexibility on this and it certainly wasn't to the extent whereby it affected our enjoyment of our stay.

Great location on the beach. Night market next door, beach bars each way. Plunge pool not very big, or private, but was good to have. I would stay again.

This place is a 2 star hotel. The lay out of the facility is horrible. The beach has zero staff for towells, No security at all. Anyone can get into this place at anytime. Beds are hard and uncomfortable and don't recommend.

Wonderful property. Hadn’t been to this area ever and really enjoyed the location. The staff and quality of food was also excellent! Beachfront as well as two pools were awesome.

We had a pretty horrible stay at this hotel. Firstly, we had selected the option to ‘Pay at Property’ when booking thru the hotels.com app, however was charged the full amount about 60 days prior to our trip without any notice. Second, we were denied check in because the card I brought on our trip was not the same card they charged for the stay. Apparently that is their policy and there was a lot of argument and the need to speak with a manager to be allowed into our room after 40 minutes of debate. Thirdly, there were so many prohibitive rules throughout the property: can’t take your tea with you after breakfast, ice with your coffee at breakfast cost extra, only 1 beach towel per guest per day, etc. As a result, our stay was NOT relaxing. We just worried about what we rule or policy we might break! Won’t go again.

Check in was easy and quick. There are a lot of steps so not good if there is mobility issues. We run out of toiletries and had to ask for it as maid didn’t check. Only left 4 teabags but had to request more than once. Therefore they need to pay more attention to detail. Staff were amazing especially tring and the other pool staff. On checkout was allowed to use a room to shower as so hot

We got a private villa and it was amazing in every way. The food and the staff were excellent! Only complaint: we were charged 500 THB for a lost key card. This seems ridiculous for a small piece of plastic, especially since this policy is not explained nor posted anywhere.

Great location, great accommodation and great facilities. Clean, tidy and staff were great. Breakfast was awesome too. The only downside were the limited local dining options around the venue and noise from the on-site entertainment which seemed to go on until around midnight. Earplugs are a must!

We had a wonderful week in the 2 Bedroom Pool residence, there are 5 separate villas, adjacent to the hotel that share the hotel's facilities. We were in Villa 905, furthest from the beach but surprisingly quiet and private - you couldn't hear any noise from the road and we were further away from the noisy music of the beach club next door. The villa was spacious, air conditioned and clean with modern fittings, we loved the private pool, roof deck and space to relax. The beach in front of the hotel was clean and calm with warm, clear water and there are lounges on the beach for hotel guests, perfect for beachside cocktails! The staff were all lovely and friendly especially at the generous breakfast buffet. The hotel is well located for the Lamai Night Markets which were a great option for dinner, there are also lots of shops and restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Loved our stay at the Pavilion. Great location. Minutes away from the night market, restaurants and bars. Great beachfront. Staff was friendly, very helpful, and accommodating.
