Great place to stay ! We loved how peaceful it was there! Food was amazing! Easy walk around the lake.
Great service from the staff and amazing meals that were prepared by the hotel.
Also recommend booking the private onsen (with clear Mt Fuji views) makes the stay unforgettable!
I enjoyed my stay, the staffs were so warm and kind. The food was really a presentation of delicacy. Onsen was also very refreshing, really worthy of a try to ease your tiredness from long trips. Would come again!

The room was extremely clean and the staff was so helpful and friendly.
The food for dinner and breakfast was incredible.
Thank you so much.
I will definitely want to stay here again.
Fantastic hotel with Japanese culture, high standards, very well maintained, beautiful view at Mt Fuji, hotel provided shuttle bus from and to kawaguchiko station. Breakfast and privet dinners were amazing experience. Staff very efficient. Highly recommend.
The staff here were incredible, I’ve never experienced a stay like this where everyone was so helpful and made we sure we had everything prepared and organised.
The tatami room was generLly clean and welcoming. The open air hot tub was great with view of the Kawaguchi Lake. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Our server who brought our kaiseki dinner was terrific!
Such a great experience! We’ll be back. Warm welcome and excellent services! Room is clean with great view! Food is good. You can wear traditional Japanese clothes provided in the hotel which is a plus. There is a Mt Fuji observation deck on top of the building. We took really nice pictures there wearing traditional clothes. Public hot springs are clean with lake or Mt Fuji. There is a private one available for rent.

This is a must place to visit. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. The staff prepared bento breakfast for us to eat on our way to the next destination. They called Taxi for is too. The Ryokan hotel is highly recommended. The girls sauna has the view of mount fuji which makes it even better. Top deck with mount adda
Very amazing time we had. The food was delicious, the rooms were beautiful, and the staff was so kind and welcoming.

We had a very pleasant and wonderful stay at Ryokan. The excellent service, especially the kaiseki-style breakfast and dinner, provided us with an unforgettable experience full of Japanese culture. The Japanese-style hot spring bath is nice to have. Also the surrounding areas are beautiful with the view of Mt Fuji.
We do have two small suggestions: First, the strong tatami smell in the room might be improved with some light incense. Second, the large key for the room door was a bit inconvenient to use.
This is a special place and a special experience. First rate in every area. But i especially appreciated the staff. So friendly, attentive and efficient!
