Hotel Presidency Ernakulam was comfortable and overall the service was excellent. My only disappointment was the checkout process. My flight left at midnight so I gave plenty of notice about needing to settle my bill that evening.. it took way too long to make sure my invoice was correct, and then to find a payments machine that would accept an international credit card.
The hotel gives you value for your money while attending to all your comforts. The staff are very attentive and friendly

No pool no spa no gym no Wi-Fi in room
We were very disappointed that none of the facilities listed were available and hadn’t been for a long time judging by the green water. The room was clean. The bed comfortable but thin curtains meant bright sunlight. Wi-Fi worked in corridors and reception. There are two bars downstairs for locals up stairs for tourists- yes a 100 rupees more per bottle of beer. Breakfast very good. All in all overpriced for the facilities available
Location is not great. Hotel is nice and clean.
Rooms are Clean and Spacious.
The Internet is very dead slow you can work while in this hotel, the breakfast was not good as well, I would expect more if I pay for it.
It was nice and the services is really fine but I am not happy with the locality overall it’s wonderful,I recommend to all, it’s pleasant to stay in this hotel.
It was ok hotel mainly because the local area was congested. The rooms were small but clean. The breakfast was however amazing and healthy. The staff was very helpful. Overall ok experience.
cleanliness was worst with lot of sound of work from above floor. wifi is only free in a specified small area.rooms are small and dirty . a/c had problem on the first day , though it got rectified later.
Electrical socket were in dangerous condition. Special skill is required to open the room door. Room was dusty, curtain and bed covers were torn and stinky, additional payment required for internet access. Overall no value for money.
The hotel itself has been around for over 25 years and maintains wonderfully done wooden interiors to show for it.
I wasn't expecting anything as good when I booked it however, the moment I walked in, I knew it was different.
Rare to find such elegantly done woodwork in hotels.
Excellent restaurant, good cook and an overall helpful, polite and capable staff. Except for the restaurant manager, everyone was ready to go out of their way to make our stay pleasant.
Had ample parking that's another rarity in the area. While everyone advertises parking, they hardly have enough.

Value for money
It is good value-for-money hotel located in the heart of city. Room was well kept, service was prompt and cordial. We took just a breakfast there and felt that food could improve a lot even for simple items such as idli & dosa. Foods tasted strange.
Easily accessible . Auto stand is nearby.
Breakfast was good. We were on a one day visit.

Indian business hotel
No swimming pool.
No free with fi except in lobby.
If you pay you still have to go through tortuous registration process and need an Indian sim. I gave up.
Only Indian breakfast on offer. It was ok.
Not enough tea bags or coffee in room and only a small bottle of water provided. For a double this is not good enough
Not a 4 star but a 3 star.
Staff helpful. But helpful staff are no substitute for parsimonious management.
