Communication was terrible. We are using an American Website to reserve a stay in Finland and they sent everything in German. Then we didn’t get the info to get a code before our stay. We went to the key holder location and nobody was there. I tried calling and he didn’t speak English or Finnish. He kept telling me to “send message” and when I asked how he just repeated himself. I tried to get help from Expedia and was sent to VRBO and then Interhome. It ruined one of only 2 night and I will be asking for money back. Terrible terrible terrible communication which ruined the experience. On the Expedia app I tried to get help the support person on the Expedia app said they were from VRBO and to call Expedia. I didn’t have cell service to call. Sooooo frustrating. Never again.
