Kitty Hawk Hotels with Parking

We came from Sterling, Va., to spend a few days at the beach. We were given a warm welcome by Heather who checked us in, showed us around, and gave us excellent suggestions about things to see and do. You would not be able to find a more gracious host than Heather. The Sanderling was recently remodeled and is beautiful. The beach is just a few steps out the door and was pristine. The Sanderling provides chairs, towels and umbrellas. The food was delicious and we ate frequently at the restaurant. Highly recommend this hotel and a special shout out to Heather for making our visit special.

Property was very clean, smelled fresh. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

I been staying here for 4-5 times now, we like the property. The pier is really nice for fishing, really the one reason why we stay here. Easy fishing access. Wife likes the area and is quiet, centric to the outter banks can go north or south quite easily. Will continue to come back for years to come

My sons and I stayed for a few days and loved it! The place was very clean and had a nice view from the front porch. I loved hearing the ocean while relaxing out there. The decor was perfect for a nice beach feel. There was very easy access to the beach (not a straight shot across, but very close). It was also conveniently close to a lot of the shops.The only drawback for me was the outdoor shower. It was very dark (no sunlight filters in, which takes away the joy of being outside while showering) and lots of cobwebs. But this wasn’t enough to ruin our vacation.This was a GREAT place and I highly suggest it!

I came down for the Harley Davidson weekend. Weather was great. Property was in a great location to everything, walking distance to the beach. Perfect one bedroom condo.

We booked this last minute and didn’t know what to expect. It was our first time to the area. We were pleasantly surprised. The room/condo was right in the beach with beautiful views of the ocean from our deck. Only a few steps away from the beach. The tennis/pickleball court was in excellent condition, with good equipment! We did have to buy our own pickleballs (not a big deal)and enjoyed it every day. The pool was going through what looks like some much needed renovations. Not a big deal, we were there for the beach. We enjoyed watching the dolphins, and the quiet beach. We enjoyed the short drive to Duck and the adorable shops. The room/condo was equipped with everything! The bed was excellent and the pull-out couch clean but the pillows could use some updating. There was a moldy smell near the sliding doors and a water stain on the ceiling.The half bath also had a moldy/closed up smell. This didn’t bother us but may others. But there was an half bath!! Everything was very clean and We would definitely book here again.
