Delicious breakfast. Great area. Many places to eat and attractions in walking distance. Very comfy bed. Great tv channels. Nice pool. Lobby smelled amazing. Yummy infused water in the lobby. Some tweeks here and there that need adjustment: only 1 elevator working, shower leaks onto bathroom floor, food by the pool is expensive and portions are too small, WiFi inconsistent, computer in business center wasn't working, hidden gift shop (put up a sign!) But everyone is very nice

The staff was friendly for the most part. There were some things that I think could have been made easier but overall it was a wonderful experience. Like access to the hotel after hours were was no ome visible to let is in and the gentleman who eventually showed up was a bit rude .

Property is close to the best spots to visit in Kingston. Had a delight when Bob Marley birthday party was just a short walk away at emancipation park. Lots of stars popped in and performed. An amazing free concert.
