It is just 30 minutes from Cornell University, Ithaca College, and downtown, and only 5-10 minutes to explore Wells College and Aurora, NY. With direct access to Cayuga Lake, our home boasts breathtaking views of the east side of the lake, sublime sunsets, and all of the essentials for your research, recreation (including hunting and fishing), and relaxation. The primary bedroom offers sliding doors to access the screened porch and a huge closet. The second bedroom has bunkdbed sleeping for up to 3 with partial lake view. The patio itself has panoramic Cayuga Lake views. The dock and frontage are privately owned, not shared. Wi-Fi and Roku TV are included. Canoes, kayaks, and other recreational equipment may be provided.
