Our condo boasts an open floor concept in the kitchen and living room with bamboo floors throughout, and comes fully furnished with new furnishings. You'll have access to free WiFi, cable TV, and covered parking for your convenience. The space The unit is conveniently located on the first floor and offers a serene and peaceful tropical garden view. The master bedroom features a comfortable King-size bed, a large closet for your convenience, a brand-new dresser, and a flat-screen TV. The renovated bathroom includes a shower/bathtub, a granite counter sink, and a washer, providing you with all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable. Step outside and enjoy the beautiful sandy beaches and tropical weather of Maui. We look forward to welcoming you to our stylish and luxurious condo and ensure that you have a memorable stay. Our unit offers a self-check-in process for your convenience and social distancing, ensuring you can book with confidence. Not only will you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, but you'll also be making a difference by supporting the local community. Each time this unit is booked, we donate $10 (equivalent to 40 meals) to the Maui Food Bank charity to feed the hungry living in our island community. We understand the importance of safety and cleanliness, which is why we prioritize the health and safety of our guests. We use CDC-approved products to eradicate any lingering germs, bacteria, and viruses. We also take extra precautions by ensuring all commonly touched surfaces are wiped down completely and linens, towels, and bed sheets are washed per manufacturers' guidelines. Enjoy a peaceful tropical garden view from the lanai while indulging in the Wailea luxury at affordable Kihei prices. Our apartment features air conditioning and two brand new fans, and you'll have access to all the resort's amenities such as the swimming pool, hot tub, and outdoor grills. All taxes and fees are included in the price. The living room is equipped with a brand new sofa bed with memory foam mattress, a dining table, and a flat-screen TV. We provide beach towels and beach chairs for your use during your stay. If you need a break from the beach, take some time to relax at one of the two beautifully kept pools and Jacuzzi areas. Finish out your day by relaxing on your lanai or taking a walk on the beach during sunset. The fantastic sandy Kamaole II Beach is just across the street from the Maui Banyan. Snorkeling, sailing, and dozens of other activities are all nearby. You can also walk to a great selection of shops and dining options. On-property amenities include two swimming pools, jet spas, complimentary tennis court, gas BBQs, and putting green! The Banyan Resort is home to several majestic trees and many other varieties of tropical foliage. This lush green property offers one, two and three bedroom condos with all the comforts of home. The convenient location makes it easy to walk across the street to the popular Kamaole Beach II. Covered gazebos and BBQ grills poolside provide a fun and relaxing tropical party. The Maui Banyan tropical landscaping with majestic palm trees, Birds of Paradise, and bamboo groves surround the resort and its two pools and jacuzzis. A tennis court keeps your backhand in tip-top form while you are away in paradise! It is truly a great place to stay without the high-end fees from high-end resorts. We also provide a Pack N Play in the unit for free, so you don't have to carry one or a crib! We are sure you will have a great and memorable stay with us, and looking forward to welcoming you soon. Guest access You will be provided a code to check-in directly at the apartment using a keypad. No need to carry or find a key. Simple! How convenient! Insects are present on the island and the additional rain this year has created more presence of gnats and other pests. With your help of keeping the doors shut, we try our best to minimize their presence inside the unit by using pest control services.
We want to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. To maintain a high standard of service for all our guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following house rules. Please note that the fees listed below only apply to violations and are separate from any pre-arranged agreements for early check-in or late check-out:

Unauthorized Early Check-in (Before 3 PM): $200 per hour
Unauthorized Late Check-out (After 10 AM): $200 per hour
Smoking (including cigarettes or vaping): $1,000
Undisclosed Guests: $250 per guest per night
Undisclosed Pet: $500 per night, per pet
Please be aware that if you have already arranged and paid for early check-in or late check-out, you are not subject to the above fees. These charges only apply if check-in or check-out times are not pre-arranged.
