The property is beautiful but it can use an updating as soe parts seem to need some cosmetic repairs or updates. Overall we had a good stay. Great for families or for couples. My only concern was the water quaility in the ocean is told to be risky due to untreated drainage from the neighboring Aonang beach town that does not treat their water well. We did not swim in the ocean for fear of contamination.

This resort was not what we expected. The views were nice but that’s it. The pool was dirty you could tell they haven’t clean in it for weeks or even more. The we’re mold at the pools. Also the staff were not professional at all. Comparing to our last resort at Phuket where we felt so special and welcoming. Unfortunately that was not our experience at Centara . All the staff were just not nice or friendly and when you ask for a picture they look at you with bad eyes. I don’t like to leave bad reviews and I don’t think I’m a picky person but I think this place has so much potential and could get better for the future customers.

This place was amazing! Set amongst limestone hills on their own private beach. Really special property.

Location is the one redeeming factor. The rooms lack maintenance. The photos of “ocean facing” rooms are a little deceiving. We paid extra to get a room in this category and our view was that of the building in front of us. Very few of the staff speak fluent english and the communication was a little lackluster

What an incredible hotel! You feel like you are in the middle of the jungle with all the luxury of a high end hotel. We stayed in a room with a hot tub on the balcony and loved taking in the views from the privacy of our own balcony. The service was also incredible! We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Krabi

The property is in a beautiful location but it is certainly dated in terms of the rooms and amenities and does not live up to its 5 star rating either in amenities or sadly the service despite the best attempts of some of the staff . My Visit was not helped by bout of food poisoning at one of the restaurants - an experience I understand was shared by another guest around the same time . Could deal with the rustic charm if the basics had been done right but unfortunately they were not .

I wouldn’t recommend it.

The hotel is not clean at all, and the staff doesn't know how to provide proper service. It's also very far from everything.

Very nice, buuut

Very good service. The food there was good, but very expensive. Airport prices all over the place. You could see that some parts of the hotel was worn down. But very good breakfast, service and the place is incredible.

Amazing place to stay, totally relaxing and spectacular environment with fantastic dining options to cater all needs. All of the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, nothing was too much for them. Great food throughout the restaurants, particularly great experience at the teppanyaki table where the chef was amazing!
