Whereas the house inside was clean, the dishes, cups and cutlery in the kitchen all needed to be washed before using. There was a blind in the main bedroom but the other 2 bedrooms only had sheer curtains and the 2 "sleep out" bedrooms don't have doors, only a curtain to close off. The BBQ needs to be replaced, was also pretty grotty and we needed to clean before using. The gardens and yard area all need a good tidy up as just looked overgrown and messy and the pool was disgusting. Wouldn't let anyone swim in that and the area around the pool was really untidy and messy. Very disappointed

Fantastic house with all the extras for a family.

our stay was great, check in process was easy and hustle free, no drama at all. huge kitchen, living area and baths. bed linens were quite dusty so I recommend to bring your own sheets and pillow cases. It would be nice to have a vacuum cleaner so we can clean the floor as we have kids with us. the place was suitable for big families which was a great choice for us, great location closed to mckenzie lake, eli creek, maheno ship wrecks.

The room was a 2 king bedroom. The beds comfy and the bathrooms and kitchen clean. The balcony could have used a sweep before we checked in and a lift would have been ideal for all the luagge to take to level 3. Breakfast was good and an inclusion with expedia. Kids loved the pool.

This property offered the experience of camping with a comfortable bed and a nice shower. We did not take advantage of the restaurant, bar, or pool, but they did have those available. Instead we utilized the camp kitchen/bbq area and they had a small store that had the necessities. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
