Nice shower, faucet needs cleaning, gunky. Little bit black in corners of shower. Outer door to room wouldn’t shut or lock, spiral stairs felt unsafe, wish there was some mention of hot tub upstairs, we would have enjoyed using. Location was great. Pool was great, nice, clean and heated. Kitchen was outdated, but clean. Better directions of rooms, room was in a house disconnected from main hotel, didn’t know. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Loved the gray cat, very friendly.

Look, I know what to expect with Key West . Tight space and crowds. Things started well with initial stop in. Check in staff very nice. Was told room wasn’t ready two hours before check in and leave luggage in lobby and they would move to room soon because room would be done being clean soon. Fine,I arrived before checkin, understandable . Hour after check in time told room not ready. Going through deep keening. Too much to write after that. Ended up changing from prefered room. Had to give up keys to car. Missed an event due to being told I had to leave my car keys with the manager and to come back before 9pm to pick them up. I wasn’t in town to leave an event to pick up car keys which made my car unavailable the rest of the night since I couldn’t return on their timeline. This was after check in and should have been completed and car parked when I returned after check in time. I Should have left it parked off site like I started. Missed an event due to this. Unfortunate. Loading car after checkout no room in front of property where I unloaded. Had to bring to my car off site Location nice as expected Grounds, pool were nice. Room old but nice. Breakfast a nice benefit. Understand tight parking but not handled correctly. Was told leave the key. No option but just to park it off site which I had moved it from in the first place per direction. Again, unfortunate

The room was great. The woman who checked us in (sorry did not get her name) was very helpful. When we told her we were going on the boat to the dry tortougas the next she suggested we not take our car to the dock but take a taxi. It saved us $10 and we did not loose our parking spot. She called the taxi for us! Then when we told her we were thinking of doing the hop on hop off bus that day, she was able to sell us the tickets. We could not have asked for better service.

Clean room few issues electrical in the room but once we told reception faults were fixed straight away Bit too quirky for our liking and not too impressed with the continental breakfast ie not quality products but it was as we said clean and very well positioned

The beds were in two separate rooms. The old AC units were very noisy. No closet, no place to put anything. Bathroom small. Shower was nice. Everything was old. Breakfast very mediocre. Mice porch to sit on. Very noisy with other guests. Would not stay there again.

Friendly staff, room was ok. No decor at all on the walls - the bathroom needed some updates and the walls were paper thin so you could hear all of the neighbors and their doings. The breakfast lacks variety and should be offered for a longer period of time, especially on the weekends. The location is great, a bit over priced for the amenities.

The room was in good condition very clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location of the room was very noisy you heard everything and the lights from the boardwalk luminated the room making it hard for restful sleep. I would also recommend a full-length mirror for the room. Location was in the heart of Duval making it easy to enjoy all to offer in Key West.

The staff was wonderful however the room was very deceiving from the pictures online. The mold in the bathroom needs to be removed and the floor was slanted and made us feel like we were sleeping on our heads. The room is much smaller than the pictures show. I love Key West we will choose a different room next time.

Small living spaces. Room 203 is ok if you are 4’-7”. It’s pretty much an attic space. If you just need a place to sleep without any frills, this is the place. They did move us to another room when we requested it. Ceilings were normal, but small living spaces. 2 person max.
