If you book Oceans Edge through hotels.com or Expedia expect a resort fee & parking fee before booking. These extra costs are not included with your online booking which is misleading to hotel guests. The staff at Oceans Edge worked through this misleading situation which caused a lengthy check in process. I didn’t plan to spend the extra money on these fees.

Very clean and private. Make sure you are aware of resort fees and parking fees. In my opinion, there is no need to rent a car. The property provides a shuttle service that takes you to Key West. We will definitely stay here again and not rent a car. The marina is lovely. It is not “beach side” but it is top notch and definitely a getaway destination that forces you to relax!

Overall the stay was nice. The “poolside bar” that really didn’t exist was one of the top reasons I booked this place. They did have a server they came out, every once in awhile, even that ended early, at 4. Once the sun set the life of the hotel went with it. Restaurant staff weren’t the friendliest, but if you have the privilege of meeting Jeffrey on the shuttle you hit the lotto. You get your own key west tour guide. He was a delight. The girls out at the Tiki Hut, Alena and Liz were very welcoming and helpful as well.

Room was typical Florida room. Clean, but musty. Staff was very nice. Location not good. Nothing around the hotel. Can’t stand the $50 resort fee add on - just include it in the advertised room rate

We’ve stayed here twice now. Staff is great, the shuttle into town is super convenient (hi Jeffrey!). We love that you can use the kayaks or paddleboards every day. The tiki hut crew is the best! The place is clean and I feel safe walking around there. It’s well lit and easy to navigate.

The room was great! We had ocean view so it was amazing of course! Staff was super nice and helpful and polite our entire time! Next level service. When they would come and clean daily everyrhing was done to perfection, i actually missed booked our stay by a day and we moved our flights so we could stay longer! Thats how much we enjoyed it!
