Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There was bad bold smell in the room, toilet wasn’t working, front desk guest service was terrible. Doesn’t deserve to be called a “hotel” at all. And charging $500/night. Are you kidding me? How the hell Expedia is showing 8.8 rating. Misleading.

We love Margaritaville! The staff was so attentive, friendly and fun. The food and drinks were amazing. We tried almost everything on the menu. The grounds were beautiful. We loved floating in the pool in the parrot floats, then soaking in the hot tub before bed. We will be back!

Property was very clean and maintained. The restaurant and bars offered great drinks and food, room service was also very nice to have. Access to the nicest beach on key west was perfect. Far enough out of town yet close enough to get into the nightlife. Would definitely stay again.

The food was horrible and the elevators were broken 3 days we were there. Walking up to the second floor with a handicap (one blind eye) was difficult and I almost fell several times. We will not be returning to this hotel and definitely will not recommend to friends

Dont waste your money and book this place. Not worth the money. They charge $60 per day resort fee. Lift dont work often. Wifi was down. Table tennis broken and saw cockroaches on it. Management dont even have the common courtesy to replace it and maintain well. Long wait times to check in. Overly priced in house restaurant. Not worth the money.

Thus is a nice resort. It has everything to you need to enjoy Key west. You can rent chairs at the beach, there is a shuttle to downtown, and the pool and bar are great there. Plus food available for all meals. They have a free morning coffee bar, cookies late afternoon, free smoothies and popsicles in the afternoon. Great place to stay!

Only reason for 4 stars v. 5 stars is that the refrigerator in the hotel store wasnt working. On an extremely humid and hot day, an option of ice cream or a cold drink would have been perfect! The most excellent aspect of the hotel... the STAFF! Amazing customer service, extremely friendly and helpful! Needed more towels and response time by staff to my text was immediate. Would consider staying again!
