Had a beautiful stay at this property on our albania trip. We really enjoyed the stay, the food and the place. The staff was so helpfull and friendly the whole atmosphere is serene from the town and the internet was really good. The breakfast was starting at 8 clock, we had to leave at 7:30 for the boat ride, they arranged breakfast early just for us that was really appreciatable. And was so tasty!! I would really recommend this place.

This hotel was good at some things and bad in other areas. We slept there for three nights. First room we got, the bathroom sink was leaking everywhere so we had to change room. On the third night we were there, the hotel hosted a private party that they were aware of before our arrival. They never told us about it and it was a huge party with music as loud as we could here in the whole Valbona valley. Of course we could hear it from our room as if we were outside partying. We didn't have access to the restaurant and all of the amenities that night. They never told us and when we talked about that to the manager he just told us that he could do nothing and to just call Expedia. Horrible customer service, never experienced this anywhere else. Beside that, beds were confortable and the hotel is almost new. It is advertised as a "luxury hotel" but I wouldn't say so, and for reference, I never go to luxurious hotels. Food at the restaurant is great , but the free breakfast is always the same and not a lot of choice. I would not go back.

Nice homey feel to this hotel. Fantastic location. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great with incredible views from everywhere.

One of the best hotels I have stayed! The staff are so friendly and accommodating. They did everything to make our stay easy. The place is so peaceful with great mountain views. I can’t wait to come back.
