Amazing service both before, during and and after arrival. Lovely welcoming staff, beautiful room with very comfortable bed. Great buffet breakfast with lots of choice and all delicious. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others.

OK for a nights stay

The hotel was ok for a nights stop. Check in was quick and professional. The hotel seems to have a lot of amenities although I never used any. Breakfast was the usual fare and seemed fresh and well presented with plenty of space available. At the price in comparison to other hotels in the area it presents reasonable value for money.

In general all good. Good parking. very close to the border. Rooms are ok but there is no air conditioning means quite warm. Opening the windows means Moskitos. The Lady in the spa /pool area can be a little bit nicer to the guests!

Die Zimmer sind doch schon in die Jahre gekommen. Da wir nicht im Haupthaus untergebracht waren, mussten wir mit den Badeschuhen und Hausmäntel im Regen zum Spa Bereich laufen... oder morgens zum Frühstück.

Vi har nu været på Hotel des Norden mere end 10 gange over de sidste 3 år. Vi nyder meget at komme på hotellet og personalet kender os efterhånden. Vi havde bestilt et ophold på 4 overnatninger men ændrede det til 5 da vi ankom. Vi var dog utilfredse med faciliteterne i badelandet, vi ved at mandag er det rengøring indtil kl. 14 men at det indendørs bassin så skal overtages af larmende vand aerobic damer i halvanden time så det ikke var til at være der for andre mennesker og samme skete igen onsdag eftermiddag hvor vi lige ville ned og bade inden aftensmad, men det var ikke muligt at være der da de fyldte det hele. Ydermere måtte vi så ikke bade resten af dagen da der var gået en klorpumpe men alligevel måtte aerobic damerne godt være i vandet i halvanden time. Det var lidt utilfredstillende, vi så flere par komme for at bade men måtte fortrække igen. Vi er glade for hotellet, badefaciliteterne og spa området for ikke at tale om Gus - så vi kommer helt sikkert igen, selvom dette var et par triste oplevelser.
