Very nice hotel, breakfast has plenty of choices and offers something for everyone. The room are nice and the bed comfortable. I had only 2 issues, the aircon did not work in our room, luckily was not hot, and the check-in stops at 10:30. I was coming from a long drive and I was stunned by it. Got lucky the guy at the desk was running late and helped me out but the entrance barrier did not open and you kinda stuck on the outside car park if you cannot go across the grass with the car. Overall a good stay and i will stop again.

The staff are very friendly and made it easy for us because we were travelling with a dog. The room was very clean, spacious, and new.

Very convenient location for the palace and the university. Staff was very helpful and the room was larger than I expected. Breakfast was delicious and the staff serving were very considerate and friendly. In-room complimentary snacks were varied and delicious

The Desk Staff provides excellent customer service, very helpful. The restaurant has good food and service. Housekeeping can be scheduled if you want.

Newer hotel with fun decor and pleasant rooms and amenities, good breakfast selections and options. Recommended!
