The staff are super friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the Botani mall and other shopping areas.

The resort is beautiful. The staff are beautiful. The spa is very nice. Breakfast is among the best I have eaten anywhere, with tremendous variety. Unfortunately a (nearby?) mosque starts its prayers at 4 AM and plays them on a loudspeaker as loud as the system can push. So sleeping past 4 AM takes discipline I simply do not have. This is not the fault of the resort. Perhaps they can talk to the Imam to get him to turn down the volume? Alternately, the resort could replace all the glazing with triple-glazed sound proofed units? A costly solution for sure, but maybe that would help? Perhaps some 'anti-sound' system within the rooms might help? The people at the resort were simply amazing and acknowledged our concern and are even more impacted for sure than we were for our 2 night stay. So I felt bad for them. I adapted by going to bed at 8 PM and during our stay.

The breakfast was great with lovely smiling staff and a wide range of options. I had a great massage at the spa next to the pool and a very relaxing dip in the pool as well. the room was very spacious and quiet. Overall a very pleasant stay.

It’s brand new hotel. Love the location. Check in was smooth. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast needs to improve. Pools are great and clean. Most of all, the staffs are kind, friendly and helpful. Will stay there again for the future. Keep up a good work!!!

The hotel is well maintained, modern, and very comfortable. The bathroom is beautiful, and the bed was great. Breakfast was pleasant—the overall breakfast crew were very attentive and accommodating, and the addition of the egg station was a great touch. I did miss having regular bacon with my eggs, and the fruit seemed a little old on the day I had it. The only downside for me was the location—it’s a bit far from where I needed to go, although it’s conveniently next to a shopping mall. That said, Pondok Indah Mall is still my top go-to mall in Jakarta. Overall, it was a great stay, just slightly too far for my preference.

The internet was terrible if you don't go to certain areas of the room, some areas in the bathroom were a bit unstable, there was mold at the bottom of the shower door, the bed sheets were either stained or ripped, the housekeeper would sometimes leave the dirty plates and cups behind, sometimes for days. And there were bed bugs in the bed.
