We had a great time during our stay at the Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach. The property and amenities were all great. Loved the location right on the beach, along the Kapaa boardwalk with walkable access to nearby restaurants and shopping. The location was perfect for traveling easily to activities and sight seeing in both the North and Southern parts of the island.

We loved our nicely decorated, comfortable room with an ocean view. The balcony was small, but still nice to have, We had fun playing billiards and the pool was great too!

Staff should have asked if we were ok with a handicap room - my husband is 6'2", so it was uncomfortable. The vanity was TINY - there was no room for our toiletries. A/C very loud. Floor was dirty - we spilled some water and when we wiped it up, the washcloth was filthy. Good location as we wanted to explore both N and S sides of the island. Nice pool area and loved the chairs sitting out to look at the ocean. Fitness Center had great equipment.

Family friendly. Staff were very kind and attentive. The hotel property is tired and needs a bit of updating. Also the beach was not swimable due to currents, but the view was great. Accessible to shopping and grocery. Overall I recommend for families.

All restaurants were fabulous with very fresh food! Ahi tuna being one of many! The ladies at First Flight for morning coffee and amazing breakfast were always cheerful and friendly. Loved the oatmeal and papaya parfaits! Pool are is beautiful. Great location near LavaLava restaurant (walking distance) and cruiser bikes to take out. They are located on the amazing bike trail, just wish I could’ve rented a Norman hybrid bike somewhere!! Room was large except for small lanai. Maid service was not so great, didn’t switch out used glasses etc and knocked on our door several times for service when we were inside, overly insistent.
