This is the filthiest motel I have ever stayed. It started in the parking lot and never got better. It looked like the floors hadn’t been mopped in months. The lobby had a smell to it. Even the elevator was filthy. The only good part was the room. It was ok.

Linens were dirty. They gave us new ones willingly but the fact it was even an issue in the first place is disappointing. Curtains had dust and mildew on them as well. Staff were friendly though. Area around hotel is questionable as far as safety goes.

The rub was VERY slippery made me nervous to shower. There was also no place to hang any wet items. The bathroom door was very hard to close. But the staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean.

Room was clean, parking lot has a lot of sketchy loiters and limited parking. Heavy police presence in area on friday and saturdey night. Constant noise of people running down halls and people yelling outside. Free breakfast was good. I was charged 140.00 after everything was paid and manager couldnt tell me why i was charged. Still dealing with getting that back.overall i wont be staying at that location again.

Initial room I was given was filthy with bugs and popcorn all over the bed. Front desk gave me a second room that had two queens instead of one king that I had booked, room was also dirty. Old pair of socks on the floor, stained sheets, alarm clock went off at 5:30am, room had a very strong off-gassing smell that gave me a headache. Too tired to switch to yet another room as I’m on a cross-country drive. I’ve always had good experiences with La Quinta’s because I travel with my dog frequently, but this was one of the most disgustingly dirty hotels I’ve stayed in yet.

Fire alarm went off and staff was more concerned of the fire department fee than the welfare of the guest. Pool was less than clean and very cold. Room wasn't completely clean (shower, refrigerator). Past guest items still in refrigerator and molding. Not a hotel I will ever stay at again, and I will be need another stay soon in the KC area.

We checked in and the first room they gave us had just been ozonated. We clearly couldn't stay in it with a heavy, hazy fog through the entire room. The next room the moved us to had hair all over the bathroom and large urine stains on both beds. We went down and asked for a refund. The front desk was accommodating... as they do not do the housekeeping.

Very noisy with guests taking their arguments to the hallway. Went on till 3am in the morning. Front desk morning shift worker was rude when my husband entered the restroom which was not locked and encountered worker brushing his teeth. Made my husband very uncomfortable.
