The kids loved the pool and we really loved the good breakfasts! The rooms were great and most of all, the staff (especially Seth, but everyone as well) was amazing and helped us feel comfortable and well cared for during our stay. Will definitely recommend!

My son and I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The seasonal decorations were fun and inviting. The omelets for breakfast were super yummy. Coffee station was great. My only warning is the slippery bathtub. Please be careful, you may want to put a towel in the bottom of your tub when you stay there. I had a pretty significant fall and I'm 47. I'm thankful it was me and not an older individual. Other than that it was a wonderful experience and easy to get to everyone we wanted to go. Thank you!

I love staying at the Hampton Inn in Kansas City Lee Summit. We stay there all the time. This time we stayed was a terrible disappointment the first night that we checked in, in the middle of the night the hotel staff accidentally made two extra cards for two new guest to our room. They came to our room and they access our room, fortunately, I heard the door lock engage immediately got up and rebooted the door manually. They insisted that we were in their room and demanded that we get out. I could not see them through the people and I directed them to go back to the guest services desk. When I called the guest services desk, I explained what was happening to the lady that answered the phone. She was extremely rude to me and said that we had two beds in our room so we should let the two girls in our room. I said absolutely not. And I was trying to ask her questions and she hang up on me. Every night that we stayed There with no sleeping because I did not feel safe and there was a family with children above us and the children were up all night playing and running and stomping on the floor. It made sleep impossible. when I was checking out the guest services clerk within to everything that happened and made a report for her manager and said that those two girls have been added to my room an error. She said she was very sorry about the experience. She gave me the phone number of the company that added them to my account and print it out the booking showing where were added.
