I booked the wrong best western and when asked customer service to change my reservation and they couldn’t do that. Even tho I got the protection plan, so I spent 100 and something there didn’t use the room. And spent another 118 on another room. At a different best western. I would’ve used the best Western I booked, but it was 35 minutes away from the airport and I couldn’t get an Uber there and they didn’t have shuttle drivers to that hotel.

The hotel is nice, seems like it was remodeled in the last 3 or 4 years, the pool was a little cold for me but my son enjoyed it. The staff was great. No hot tub. Breakfast was just lime aby other hotel. Not as many opyions!
