The room very clean tub had a slow drain so when i showered i was standing in water that did not drain , the curtains did not close all the way i had to put a hair clip so the sun would not wake me up i was dissatisfied there was no full length mirror in the room i had to go to gym to look at my clothes other than that it was a good stay

Country Inn & Suites has always been my favorite local hotel. I book it once or twice a year as a getaway for my grandsons. They get to swim in the pool, I get to get in the hot tub. This was a really disappointing experience, and I probably won’t book here again. There was no soap in the bathroom. There was no chair at the desk. Those two things are fairly minor, and I can overlook them. I always bring my own body soap, so we at least had that to wash our hands with, and you could always sit on the bed. The most frustrating thing for me was booking an accessible room, but not feeling like the bathroom in our room was truly accessible. Sticking a bunch of bars on the walls of a bathtub, doesn’t make it accessible. Especially when there’s no shower seat, handheld shower, or anything on the bottom of the tub to keep you from slipping and falling. I slipped more than once, and I was lucky enough to be able to catch myself. My grandsons are five and seven. If I had fallen, they wouldn’t be able to help me. A room should not be billed as accessible, if it’s not truly accessible to the disabled.

The staff was very courteous. The room and hotel was very clean. The pool area was closed and one of the main reasons I booked this hotel was to use the hot tub. Very dissatisfied with that aspect.

The woman at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She was very kind to my kids. She made out stay absolutely perfect. Breakfast was amazing.
