All the staff are courteous and show service excellence. The room I stayed was comfortable, clean and had amenities like a drinking water tap.
The safe malfunctioned but the staff came quickly to resolve the issue.
A simple upgrade that would be welcomed is to have a few USB points since many devices need charging by USB these days.
