Modern, spacious room with a stunning view of Weligama Bay. Very comfortable and perfect for a relaxing beach stay.

The views , the setting and staff were excellent. What let the hotel down was attention to detail- our room had a cracked glass balcony which did not instil confidence. The lack of reliable hot water a was another poor aspect as was the indifferent housekeeping which we had to constantly talk to housekeeping manager about. The lack of response from the front desk and management until 11pm on night before departure with an alternate room was too little too late. To cap this on the last night key decided to fit out new rooms with drilling and cutting boards after midnight which again we had to call to complain sorry but this is not a 5 star quality hotel and the lack of empathy and professions by management as nd Radisson is extremely poor!

Great room, only issue is that it's close to the main road so the front (deluxe) rooms are a bit noisy.

Winderfull happy people. Highly recommended. Only missing housekeeping. But we havent asked for it too..

The staff and location were great, but my room had an ant problem in the bathroom and the sheets felt clean but were stained. They gave me a late check out and held my bags for an hour, so that was nice, but unfortunately room 204 did not feel worth the price. The groubds are nice though

Absolutely loved this hotel. Great location in a beautiful setting, gorgeous rooms, helpful staff.
