The condo, with tasteful island design, has indoor/outdoor dining, 4 tiled lanais with spectacular ocean, sunset, beach and coastline views. Maximum occupancy strictly enforced in accordance with local ordinances.
The Space:
Two car garage parking and secure elevator access. Building is of concrete construction and offers a cabana, swimming pool and BBQ. Great location across the street from the Kahaluu Beach Park.
The primary bedroom has a King bed, overhead fan, private bath with toilet, shower, bath tub and hair dryer, 2 balconies one with ocean view and one with garden view. The guest bedroom features 2 extra-long twins bed, bath with toilet, shower, bath tub and hair dryer, flat screen TV, overhead fan and 1 balcony with garden view.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, Italian coffee maker, ice maker, rice cooker, microwave, toaster, 4 burner electric stove top range and oven. You don't need to pack as much as there's a washer and dryer in the unit!
We provide 2 beach chairs and 1 cooler for guest use.
PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO AC IN THE UNIT.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the premises, and in any nearby common areas.
Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused.
• For stays extending 30 nights or more, a security deposit and utility fee will be required. The security deposit ensures the protection of the property during your stay, while the utility fee covers essential services such as electricity and any damages that are caused by guests.
