Nice business hotel, center of Kagoshima city. There are a lot of kind restaurants ,bars and bus stop near the hotel. But it’s a little expensive for that room.

Great location of hotel, go to others spot for sight seeing only required around 15mins to walk, e.g. sakurajima port, dolphin port, and etc. Sengannen is a little bit far away from hotel. Also, Kagoshima chou eki requires 15mins walk to go. Easy to buy the ticket back and go to the Kagoshima airport. Other than the location, the staffs are nice and English is good, they are helpful to search the view if you don't know how to go or which one is the famous.The room and toilet are clean and comfortable. The toilet ventilation rate is satisfy. It is a bit more expensive than the hotel nearby but it is worth.

Tram from outside train station and only a couple of stops at Y170 each. Pay as you get out. Or buses elsrwhere. Hotel staff very attentive. Gave us umbrella whilst raining. Felt nice staying there. Recommended

The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. The hotel is right in the middle of everything, if you want to eat and shop, and just steps from the streetcar.

Nice hotel right onTenmonkan

This was our second time lodging in this hotel which is right in the heart of the Kagoshima town. Very convenient: to all the shops in Tenmonkan, and minutes away from the port and the Central Station. The hotel is just 2 min. from the airport bus stop. And nearby we could easily get a rented car to take us away from Kagoshima.

Nice hotel until I returned home and realized ...

I was very pleased with the hotel, the staff and the service during my stay. The rooms are small, but that is typical with most Japanese hotels. The hotel is very convenient for city walking in Kagoshima and restaurants. Sadly, the major problem I had was not realized until I returned home. I noticed a problem during the flight back and then confirmed it when I got home: I had picked up a case of body lice. The room was very clean and I would have never suspected this to be a problem. But I wonder if it was due to not having a top sheet and only using a comforter/covered by a duvet. If that comforter was not laundered after every guest's stay, that could be the source of the lice. This caused me to greatly lower my option of this hotel.
