Kabak Valley Hotels with Parking

We have bought room with jakuzi, and planned our holiday and go to hotel , first the room key didn't worked,and the young belboy told us he will replace immediately and gone we waited long no one came and we go back to reception and he said he forgot us, we went dinner and came midnight back and we noticed jakuzi not working only cold water comes, and said the guy he said nothing to , i said how comes we pay almost 50 percent more for jakuzi room. And the room was smelling so bad, he said they cleaned and left the floor wet thats why this smeel comes. There was not hot water in lavatory too, and no hair dryer, and there was nothing like blanked, we call reception it was cold they bring one single person blanked at 01.40 in the night , there 2 small was water but no glass , All in all it was horrible experience, don't waste your time and money, they ony give you good breakfast and too many lies and much stress ,

Staff was very helpful and nice, rooms are good size and clean. Beautiful views.

Great breakfast helpful staff quiet location

Excellent accomodation. All the photos don’t do it justice. Food options exceptional and excellent wifi throughout all the facility.

Check in very easy. Lovely and friendly staff. Beautiful vegetarian dinner and breakfast provided, lovely room and views and lots of social spaces to unwind in. Would definitely stay again!! Thank you so much everyone at mandala

Breakfast was nice and generous, the view is amazing. Do not stroke the little white dog.
