The staff was very friendly and attentive. The property is so special, I’ve never stayed anywhere with architecture like this before. The spa was beautiful, a waterfall right by the hot tub and cold plunge is a beautiful touch. I will definitely be back.

My stay at Alila was perfect, the food was incredible & staff were all so friendly and attentive. Some issues with check in as had already paid & reception staff asked for whole amount again $3k AUD. Found the reception staff quite rude and was charged 854,000 IDR for 3 beers and 8 sparking waters, ...
