Planning a trip to Jurmu? Bear in mind that there is no accommodation in or close to Jurmu's centre.

There's no need to panic though! Kuusamo is approximately 75 kilometres away and offers some impressive places to stay, including the Holiday Club Kuusamon Tropiikki and Original Sokos Hotel Kuusamo.

Another place to kick up your feet is Rukatunturi, which is 90 kilometres to the northeast of the heart of Jurmu. Here you'll find the Rukatunturi Ski Jumping Hill and Ruka Ski Area. Accommodations in Rukatunturi include the Cumulus Resort Rukahovi and Kelokoto Chalets.

If you're holidaying with the squad and your flight hits the tarmac a tad earlier than theirs, why not take yourself off to the Forenom Hostel Kuusamo and suss out the accommodation? It's pretty close to Kuusamo Airport, which is 80 kilometres from Jurmu's centre.
