Cuando llegamos no había luz, preguntamos acerca de un reembolso por dicha situación y comentaron que no lo tenían contemplado.

Good breakfast

Very bad service. Rude front desk staff. You’re only allowed 1 towel, cup, water bottle, coffee kit per day and everyday you have to go to the front desk to ask for it. Same breakfast everyday. If you need an iron or hair dryer you also have to request it at the front. The pool is so small and there’s not a whole lot of parking. There’s only 2 elevators that are tiny. Only four people allowed max, and one of them would stop working every single day we were there (9 days). We were lucky not to get stuck. The only nice person there was the cleaning lady that came to clean our room. She always made sure everything was nice and tidy. Overall would not recommend this hotel. It had good reviews but it was not at all what I was expecting.

Thoughtfully designed, in a thoroughly relaxed location, made even better by literally the entire staff who made us feel welcome. No notes. A perfect stay.

The room was nice and the staff were great. But we needed more information at the point of booking: our taxi driver couldn't find it, and we didn't know when we checked in that the hotel only accepted cash or bank transfer.
