Beautiful, Contemporary, business and family friendly space, nestled in the historic district of Joliet. FREE Parking & Fast WiFi. Enter this spacious 1400 sq.ft. of living space and you will see a large dining area with a beautiful, modern chandelier. To the right is an office desk with an LED desk lamp and extra outlets for your laptop and cell phone. Around the corner is a relaxing living area with a wall mounted 50" HDTV providing 100+ channels. and many other popular networks. You can enjoy this relaxing on a large couch, lounge chair and coffee table.
Travel to the other end of the apartment, you will pass 3 bedrooms (one master with a King Bed) and a beautiful tiled and upgraded full bathroom. Further down the wide hallway opens up to a beautiful granite counter top kitchen. Here you will see an industrial sink and faucet, slow close drawers and lots of cabinet space. This kitchen is equipped to cover all the basics from a simple cup of coffee to everything you need to cook a full family meal. Lastly, you can relax on the rear deck with friends and family or business colleagues.
We put all the things we would like in a relaxing inviting, family friendly home away from home that doesn't forget to provide for the needs of the hard working business traveler. We truly hope you enjoy the space as much as we did creating it for you. :-)

- In the summer we limit the AC to 72 because this home is older and not as well insulated as modern homes and it will damage the unit. To assist, we have either ceiling fans or floor fans in the bedrooms to help circulate the cool air.
