The hotel is in s terrible location but its a decent hotel. The room was clean and the bathroom had hot water versus lukewarm. What annoyed me the most was how we were denied access to extra pillows. It made no sense to be stingy with pillows but they are. The staff that I communicated with informed me that that what you get should be sufficient and that it was their policy not to provide extras. The pillows are cheap and flat, and though there were four on each bed, we had a room with a pullout sofa and needed additional ones and were told no. It was ridiculous. Also, not a great hotel to stay in if you're trying to easily access NYC as they have no shuttle bus. Wasn't terrible but I would not likely return their with my family.

Desk attendant was RUDE, we had to wait for our room to be available AFTER check in time promised. Terrible traffic/construction - obviously not the fault of the hotel, but something to consider. Still better than prices in nyc, so we’d stay again.
